 For your enjoyment, residents of Lagoon at Tidewater Preserve have access to the beautiful views and array of resort style amenities and facilities provided by Tidewater Preserve, including: 

Luxurious Clubs

Port & Court Club
Residents have the opportunity to enjoy three Har-Tru tennis courts, an on-site tennis professional and a great pro shop and ship's store. In addition, you can admire breath-taking vistas from the surrounding veranda around the Port & Club of the sunsets on the Manatee River.

River Club
The proposed River Club, set upon the eastern tip of Tidewater Preserve offering commanding views of the river, will feature dining for 120 inside and another 100 al fresco, fitness center, aerobics studio, sauna and treatment rooms.

The hub of The River Club will be the rotunda dining and bar areas. Showcasing Florida-coastal architecture, the rotunda features downstairs daytime dining and upstairs evening dining. The resort pool also features a lap area.

Other Amenities

Tennis
Tidewater Preserve offers a full tennis program managed by our Tennis Director and USPTA Professional, Rob Coseo. An array of exciting activities and social events are planned at the Port & Court Club featuring three lighted Har-Tru® hydro courts, ball machine and pro shop.

Pools
There are two pools planned for Tidewater Preserve residents to enjoy. The River Club will feature a tropical pool deck for the amusement of all and Carriage Home residents will make a splash at their planned community pool.

Marina
The marina at Tidewater Preserve offers the best in modern facilities and amenities for the recreational boater including a motorized boat lift that provides access to the Manatee River.

Canoe Launch
Set amid lush conservation areas, the canoe/kayak launch offers residents a different perspective of nature.

Nature Trails
The nature trails offer residents fantastic opportunities to commune with the environment in Florida's natural setting. The River Walk meanders gracefully along the river's edge offering in-depth opportunities to see flora and fauna, Tidewater Preserve's other "residents".
